I can honestly say that I have never seen anyone install a bathroom fixture over a kitchen sink like this. I don't think that it is serving it's purpose all that well. LOL

Maybe they just didn't want to throw those lights out after renovating the bathroom, and they were too bright if they pointed them down toward the sink. Hey, I'm trying.
