14 Comments on Staging Works for Any Home, Any Price, Any Location
Looks like a great transformation - and on a tight budget, it makes it even better.
Great job Debra. I agree with you - you can stage a home on any budget and it will sell if it is done tastefully and with some great imagination. Love it!
I love how you used the smaller before picture off to the left, and the big reveal overshadows that.....good use of tools!! Very effective! Your right, even on tight budgets, staging works.
Julie
Debra-congrats on a job well done!! Very nice stat for your company!!
Hello Debra,
Staging works great....even on a tight budget! Nice transformations!
Rita
David: Thank you very much! It seems we are ALWAYS on a tight budget, but this one took the cake, which made the challege FUN!
Mannie: You're so right that staging will help any home sell when all elements are addressed, which we tried to do here. I appreciate your comments!
Julie and Amy: I'm so glad you like the picture set-up!. It seems to me that the before pics do not deserve a lot of attention, just enough to show the transformation should suffice. Thanks for commenting!
Hi Cathy! I appreciate your comments very much! Three months seems like a lot of time on the market to me. But, one thing I forgot to mention is that the company I staged this for does NOT do much advertising or other marketing. So, three months IS pretty good considering staging and yard signs were pretty much it!
Rita: With tight budgets pretty much the "norm" (here anyway), it's nice to know we can still help owners move on to the next step in their lives. Thanks for your comments!
Debra....Nice transformations and "customizing" each/every staging is exactly what I think makes a staging stand apart!!!
Thank you Kathy! For some reason, I'm not receiving all of my notifications so I'm glad I checked and saw your nice response.
Woo Hoo Debra! Looks great and so happy that it is sold!
Thank you Lori! I too am happy that it sold once we staged - I knew it would help.
So true...every home can benefit from staging no matter what, period! We must shop in the same places...I have the same art above the couch in the living room...Kohls I believe!
Yes, Kohls was good to me on this particular shopping spree! The art had to be light-weight due to their "no nails" policy and budget priced and this fit the bill. Thanks for stopping by Valerie!
Amen, my friend! I am behind you 100% of the way. I don't think there is any property out there (well . . . maybe a few) that are not worth professional staging and professional photography! Nice job, Debra.
You're right Deena, almost all homes are "staging worthy". Thanks for stopping by and taking time to comment.
