Great responses all of you, I couldn't get a listing, buyer, and two listing presentations locked up today because I'm not a Real Estate Agent.  My outcome was to get you guys thinking what you could do to get these today.  Thanks for the comments guys, have a great day.

 Yes I originated a loan today.
