What's the significance of April 30, 2010?
This is the last date when you must have your newly purchase home under contract to qualify for the U.S. Governments first-time home buyer tax credit ($8,000) or current home owner tax credit ($6,500).
With only ten weeks before April 30th, it's time to seriously look for your new home.
