Glad to hear people are investing in education again.
Sounds like your area either may be near the bottom and ready for a turn around, or else some smart investors are seeing prices they can't resist and want an extra edge picking up good deals. A local university here had so few people sign up, they considered not having a class. Several brokers keep "rescheduling" classes because of the lack of interest. Our local board membership dropped around 20-25% last year. The positive note is there is less competition for those of us still in the business.
