Making BPOs a lucrative part of your business ...

Real Estate Agent with Group one real estate 0530916

I have been doing BPOs for several years now and was lucky enough to start out in an office with a REO dept. already in place.  I do most of my brokers BPOs...in the time that's past and in an effort to market myself for REO listings I have taken on many, many more companies.  I have reached a point where I actually am so bogged down that I am getting an awful TAT scores (like 3 day turn arounds).  I did hire someone but paying $8-12 an/order just for comp inputs seems almost like a dumb move. (since BPOs are my main source of income) I try to do over 50 a month (at least).  I'm sure some of you have came across this dilemma and would be VERY interested to get some feedback about how you dealt with the situation.  Thanks!

hi Tiffany

Hiring an assistant would be a great move, but pls look into the capability of the assistant, lets say hiring one assistant can help u in comepleting 6 BPO's per day!which is again 150 BPO's a month. But if you can lend it to me i can help you in doing DOUBLE amount of BPO's as i have a team working under me to complete BPO's on behalf of realtors.

To know more details or to try our services please do log on to http://www.softincubator.com/bpo/index.html and request for a SAMPLE BPO.

Thanks

What can we do for you today?

I have found that if I can not do the order in time and on time I must  turn them down. work not completed on time does no one any good at all. On letting someone else put in the information I thought that was against the rules and you could not do that.

Thanks for your comment.  Yes, it is much better not to over-load your self.

As far as hiring an assistant to in-put info; no, it isn't against the rules (at least not in any of the companies I do work for).  The thing that is against the rules are that a licensed agent must pull all comps and write all commentary concerning the pricing of the property, in which I would never even trust my licensed friends to do, ever.  My assistant has been a lifesaver and has made it much easier to take on more work. I always take my own photos, so I see the properties in person, I pull the comps and have my assistant type in the fields (beds, baths, sq.ft. etc...) then I go back and fill in commentary adj. and price.  I am getting so much more work done and at a much faster pace.  I highly recommend it. :o)

I average about 3 BPOs a day, 7 days a week. Most are for the same company and I take advantage of their "tabable" form. I know the forms by heart and I just tab through them filling in the data. It save a ton of time vs. clicking on the next field. Once I have the comps and photos, data entry is a breeze.
