Kailua Kona Condo Market Activity, Number of Sales - Year to Date - 07/18/2007

Latest figures for North Kona Condo Sales are off by more than <39%> (year to date - over last year to date), according to the latest figures. Worse yet is that it shows the market is down over <53%> (June 06 compared to June 07). These areas include Hualalai, Kailua Kona, Keauhou areas - unfortunately it does not actually break it down to the exact area.
