Market Trends in Fairfield County

It's amazing how the market fluctuates from town to town...  If you stop to analyze these numbers, you will see that each category aor town is different as to how they reacted to this market of the past several years....   Some towns are "hot" and some are not....   

Fairfield was very hot, and Wilton and Weston were not.  

Perhaps it had something to do with the dirty word.....  construction??????  Route 7??????Market TrendsMarket Trends
