So as we come close to the end of another crazy month, I can't help but think about our tax credit extension. I felt so relieved when we went from November to April and thought the buyers would come flocking. Actuality settled in when the only people that actually bought were loved ones decided to pay my mortgage and the rest laughed at $8K. I'm starting to feel like the alligator off Peter Pan waiting for the clock in the end of April and I'm the Pirate trying to stay away.
So what's in store for the next tax credit? Are we going to see an increase, maybe an extension, or are we going to get swallowed alive? Am I being dramatic? Of Course! Would I love to see a different incentive! Ditto!
