For anyone who bought a home last year in which they live full time or for those who have recently moved here permanently and own their home it is time to file for your homestead exemption. The county now allows you to file online or you may visit one of the county offices at either, 1664 SE Walton Rd in Port St Lucie or at 2300 Virginia Ave in Ft Pierce.
