Toronto Real Estate-Diane Plant-GTA sales results ending February 19

There was a decrease in home sales units over February 11 by 7% however the average price rose 1% overall.

In the East volume remained flat, the West decreased 3%, Central decreased 18%, and the North increased 12%.
