CLOSED DOORS

For the past several months, we have been facing CLOSED DOORS! In the natural, it would appear that we chose the wrong field, and that we should pack it all in and CLOSE SHOP!!!

I've experienced at least 12 deals this year that fell apart because of change of heart by the buyer or seller. No use trying to coerce, pry, manipulate, convince, plead, preach, threaten, grab by the neck, chastise, sweet talk, or whine!! These deals went totally sour!

No need to rationalize, rehearse, retrace tracks, go figure, relive, pinpoint, blame, disdain, accuse, kick self in butt, have tantrum, or bury head in embarrassment...... THESE DOORS WERE CLOSED - NEVER TO OPEN AGAIN!!

Natural humaness would cause one to crawl up into a stupor and not come out again....

If i thought that way, i would fail at being an overcomer!!! What has pulled me through is KNOWING i am NOT in charge....GOD IS! I DO NOT walk by sight.... but by FAITH!!!! The level of trust i have in GOD has me confident in HIM!!

We have been THANKING GOD FOR EVERY CLOSED DOOR!!!!! HA LE LU YAH!!!! Have YOU been experiencing closed doors???? Help me PRAISE GOD!!! GLORY!!

(In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you! 1Thes 5:18)

OK, WHY am i praising GOD for all these closed doors???? Because HIS ways are higher than mine, and HE is orchestrating my life NOT ME!! It is HIM who told me to go to Real Estate School! It is HIM who commanded me to give my license BACK to HIM! It is HIM who has the master plan for what HE wants to do with Rice Property Management & Realty.... not me!

Dearly beloved of God..... allow GOD to take the reins at this time, HE MUST finish what HE initiated! Don't you TRUST HIM?? He is the author AND the finisher of your faith! When HE comes..... will HE find faith???? Listen, EVERYTHING will change.... we may as well allow GOD to prepare us for it NOW! The industry will not stay the same - why are we looking for those old doors to open??? Refocus, stand still, listen, and hear what the Spirit of the Lord is saying... and thank HIM for every closed door!! We're not moving back.... we're moving forward!!

***UPDATE: After taking this position of Praising the LORD for the closed doors.. HE showed me HIS ROSE!

Diane.. Thanks so much for the inspiring post... I have been facing, one closed door after another..but I am trusting God because I know he has a master plan.. and I may not be able to see it now.. but as you say Live my faith not my sight

NEW doors cannot open until old doors are closed!

WAIT... i didn't tell you about all the NEW STUFF that's been happening......!!!!! (next post) GLORY!

Nattalie: It thrills my heart to hear faith in the children of GOD! We are ALL in this together.... as we advance in the Spirit Realm, we will soar over this small stuff in the natural! This is an opportunity to snuggle closer to HIM.... isn't that wonderful??? GLORY! Thanks for your comment!

Just have faith and pray and let him open the closed doors.

Edith: yes..... HE CAN, however, we still have to trust HIM even if HE does not!!!! It's in the time of waiting that God gets our attention.... it's when HE is saying.... "It's NOT business as usual - it's MY BUSINESS!" Thanks for your comment!

We all have to go through trials in life, that is how we strengthen our faith.

Armando! Greetings to you! Thank you for posting relevant scriptures! Now remember..... some doors will not open because their season is OVA! You wouldn't want me to stay in the past would ya? GOD is trying to snap us out of the way WE see things..... He wants us TOTALLY DEPENDENT UPON HIM!!! Walking by faith means we TRUST HIS WAYS ...... how can we pray for stuff that is against HIS will??

EDITH: my dear sweet precious "sistah" in the LORD.... there is a going through...... but there is a coming out! GLORY! GOD closes doors in order for us to not go through that anymore! Now, in trials, if we can REMEMBER that ALL things work together for GOOD!!!! - GOOD is coming out of this!!!

It's "NEVA" a downer in our adventurous walk with GOD.... we ALWAYS triumph! HE becomes sooooo pleased when HE can find someone who believes and not doubt..... it's impossible to please HIM without faith!!!

Diane this is a great post!!! I really needed this today. So I appreciate our Father giving it to you so you could give it to us!! You are absolutely right... we must be thankful for those closed doors. I have learned not to ask why it is closed but just acknowledge it and move on. I needed this reminder today!! :-D

As i've been rejoicing over the CLOSED DOORS...... GOD SHOWED UP AS THE ROSE OF SHARON!

OUR GOD IS FAITHFUL!!!

Hum, doors open and we walk through them. When a door closes, we still walk through the door, interestingly enough we are still wondering why the door opened in the first place, even as it closes. God will reveal why the door swings both ways, His spirit will guide through each step we take and God also gives us a choice, door number one, or door number two many times. Is there a wrong door? Hum...

BOB! good answer! with JESUS being the DOOR.... closed ones look good too! Thanks for adding your pieces of wisdom!

God doesn't care about how many deals you close or how much money you make.

Anyone that ties God together with $$$ is looking to God for the wrong things.

The only prayers God answers are those that are according to His purpose. Do you think that you making the MLS Million Dollar Club is part of His Grand Scheme?

Diane, I LOVE THIS!!! I have been feeling this way a lot. I truly feel that you have to be thankful. We have to maintain an attitude of gratitude in all things. God is the one who gave us ours dreams and will bring them to pass. We have to be in His mind frame. We have to be in unity with Him. Even when, in the natural, it seems like we lost the opportunity for the sale or what have you, God is making things move and opening up opportunities that we may have never thought of. Diane, I am glad for that. I try to make sure that I am one with Him at all times. I had a rough time today as I was leaving work, from a phone call. The old me would have concentrated on the call and how and what I should have and did say. Instead, I was thanking God and talking to Him all the way home. I thought of HAPPY THOUGHTS and God Thoughts and I was at peace. Thank you for the post to me. God is your guide. Keep close to Him so as not to get lost.
