            I wasn't born with a silver spoon in my mouth, but I was born with determination.

            2009 began for the most part like any other year.  What I didn't know was that shortly past Easter my life was to soon come to a screeching halt.  It was a sharp slap when the company I brokered under announced to closure of some of their terminals, including mine.  What now?

            Being independently employed for 25 plus years had shown me the ups and the downs of many things.  This "down" was to turn into one of the biggest and undoubtedly best opportunities I have ever had before me.  This opportunity wasn't handed to me in a neat little package all wrapped up and ready to open, however.  Hence, the determination factor.  Taking advantage of my sudden unexpected gift of time, I returned to school, got my license, and settled in for some detective work.

            The result?  Currently, I have an exclusive right to sell 60 new construction single family home properties in Rochester , MN .  Many of these homes are along a golf course and priced under $200,000.00.  Wow!

            The biggest reason buyers and sellers choose an agent is because they like working with that agent. I'm professional, understanding, honest, and have ample experience as an entrepreneur. (Factor in determination and sleuthing abilities) Helping buyers and sellers with their Real Estate needs is a fascinating and rewarding business to me. I will be working with  1^st and 2^nd  home buyers  to help them  qualify for financing and choosing  the detailed needs (floors, cupboards, etc)  that will  make their home buying process an easy and stress free as possible experience.  

            I personally am selling my 3500 sq. ft. home on 3 acres in the country for a 2500 square foot home on the golf course. Instead of maintaining a big home and yard I don't need,  I will be enjoying other things like sitting on my back deck on the golf course or driving my sports car that I bought with the money I saved on my new home.  So not only is this a fabulous opportunity for the 1^st and 2^nd homeowners, but also for those who are just ready to downsize.
