What can I say? It was good, no better than good. We got to meet people we only knew from online. There were lots of hugs instead of handshakes. Funny how easy that is.

Joe and Rudy are warm and genuine. They are making history with this tour by bringing together unrelated people with a common interest. Blogging.

Everyone I talked to today agrees, we won't be ending with this Fiesta we are just beginning. Bloggers are open and willing to share. They are open to new ideas and want to learn more about their passion, whatever that is.

As I look into my Kristal Ball, I see a vision of the Denver Blogging Society. Or maybe we call it the Colorado Blogging Society, that seems more appropriate. The group consisted of bloggers from the mountains and the plains, not just Denver. Those plans remain unset but on our to do list.

Kudos to Todd Carpenter of Mariah fame. He organized and underwrote the event. He did a fine job! Our group needed no help in networking, Mariane designed some magnets that said, "I Survived a Room Full of Real Estate Bloggers." The synergy in the room was felt and continued throughout the day.

Yes, I see now why we need to do more of this. Online is good, very good, but we have so much to learn and we can teach each other.

Thanks Rudy and Joe for bringing us together. Best wishes on your journey to the Inman Bloggers Connect. I send my good will and best wishes.

See you next year...

Irina ~ Thanks!

MM ~ I can't believe how long this took me.  I usually use FilmLoop but it is referring to another site that I can't get to work to save my life.  This is the first time I used Slide.  It's ok.  My photos look much better on the computer though. I bet your group was as fun as ours.  We had a ball.

The hugs thing was funny.  I noticed that at our event too... a non real estate blogger who has been reading my blog hugged me. I heard from the day before  the event (first chance to read his blog)

I remember back to the first buyers I met from blogging, they knew me but I did not know them.

With all the commenting on AR we know one another.

I like "Kristal ball."

Kristal, if you put this into the Colorful Colorado group I'll give it a star. Also, I keep getting the red X when I try to see your pictures - is it me?

Jeff ~ I can't believe Joe and Rudy are going to do Phoenix today and San Diego tomorrow. They are running on pure excitement right now!  I hope they get a day off to relax and just sleep soon!

Dena ~ try going directly to My Slide Show area.  I don't know why you can't see it. Maybe your security settings are set too high.

Steve ~ I agree we need to do this more often, it was really fun.  Sorry you forgot your camera...there certainly were plenty there!

Jennifer ~ Yes, it was like meeting old friends.  We have so much in common and so many talents to share!

Neal ~ It was a great gathering! Thanks for stopping by.

Cheryl ~ Guess you get your turn soon!  Hope you have as good a time as we did.

Ann ~ you are welcome!  Hope you are having a good summer.

Kaye ~ Your Jamboree will certainly be a blast. Don't forget your camera!

Randy ~ Are you sleepy yet?  :)

Todd ~ Yes you are one handsome dude!  Thanks again for putting so much effort into this! It was a smashing success! :)

William ~ Have a great time on Friday.  Be ready for the camera and the microphone. They are ever-present!

Thanks all for stopping by...\

I am so glad you did this, I love the slide show, went to your link of all pictures and commented there. You all had a great turn out. It is so much fun to see casual shots of everyone.

What a wonderful warm welcome from everyone at the event. The enthusiasm was contagious.  Bringing online relationships offline can only build stronger bonds and greater sharing of ideas. Thanks Todd for putting together a super event. The raffle was a great idea (as was the food-- yum, yum).  Thanks Kristal for sharing the photos.  I like the idea of a "Blogging Society" .  A smile, a handshake and a hug beat hyperlinks and smiley faces.

It is nice to meet. I met Cyndee Haydon when Rudy and Joe were here in St. Pete. We found that we shared a wedding anniversary - she called me this morning to wish me a Happy Anniversary (38 for me) and I was able to wish her one as well. We never would have known of that commonality if we hadn't met.

Kristal - Thanks so much for the great photos of your Fiesta.  Isn't it amazing how Rainers just hug and network so effortlessly?  It's like we've known each other for years when we meet for the very first time!  Looking forward to meeting the Sellsius boys tomorrow---hope they manage to get some rest!

Missy ~ you are welcome, it is always a joy to work with a camera.  I enjoyed meeting everyone and having the time to socialize.  I hear your meeting was fun too.  I hope your daughter is going better.  Please accept a cyber hug from me, it must have been awful to hear, but she'll be ok!  ((((((((((hug))))))))))))

Joe ~ You and  Rudy are the ones responsible for setting us into action!  You must feel great being the cause of such a fun event...and we've only just begun!  Thanks for making Denver part of your tour!

Sharon ~ Cyndee is a great lady, what fun to find out two greats share a common great! :)  I bet you both will continue to be friends.

Marlene ~ I am jealous, I want to be there too!  You will have a ball, give Brian Brady a hug from me too.

Hi Kristal,

It was so good to see you at the Rembex Fiesta. Part of your face was behind the camera throughout the day and it kinda reminded me of your AR profile picture.

Sellsius said we were the largest crowd they had encountered on their tour...do they tell that to everyone? It WAS a big turnout as you can see from Kristal's photos.

I liked the energy of the group and the good, good people I was able to meet. I heartily agree that yesterday's event should be just the beginning of an evolving "Society of Bloggers"...or would that make us S.O.B.'s?

Y'all can sort it out, right?

Would you say that us staging ladies are standing in front of stagecoach wheels? There's got to be a way to use that!

George ~ a camera these days is a necessary accessory!  Yes, never leave home without it!

Veronica ~ I don't know if they tell that to everyone, but photos don't lie...usually!  As far as S.O.B.'s humm that doesn't quite have the "ring" I would like to hear.  CBS Colorado Blogging Society is already taken.  Guess we'll having to keep out thinking caps on...

The Stagers in front of the Stagecoach wheels is good.  I was impressed at how pretty our stages are.  We do have a good thing going!

Oh, I'm so sad I missed meeting all these wonderful people. Our office announced the day before we were aquiring another office and moving, so I had to tend to that during the blog fiesta. I hope to do it next year. Thanks for taking the photos!
