SUNDAY SPEECHLESS PHOTO

TAKE IT FREE

I had to take this picture of a fellow Realtor sold. This home was purchased at the trustee sale. The investor sold the house in like thirty-three days for cash. It was a quick close by the buyer. One of the conditions was to remove the items from the house. So, he decided to put all the items in front of the home. Then, he put a sign in front saying "FREE TAKE IT." Furthermore, he put an ad on Craigslist in the FREE section. Well, these items were gone the next day. We have to love today's technology.

We always put the trash to the front of the house when doing trash outs on homes purchased from the auction. Someone always picks up the trash-

I thought the photo was "speachless" ???  You are right though, Craigslist can be a useful tool.

Funny post-stuff on the curb in my neighborhood doesn't last long, either, especially if its 'nice' stuff.

One mans junk is...seems like around Dallas all you have to do is put it in the front yard by the curb and its gone. Don't need a sign!!!

We had a home last year....the sellers had moved to Europe and left us with lots of "treasures"....some were curbside specials....and we got lucky with a church group who could carry the heavy things and had a truck to haul them away....yard sales are great...especially without price tags !
