California always seems to lead in many ways. What are you seeing as the current trend in your area of Paradise, CA?

Is the market stable, going down or up.... I am just looking for your feeling as an agent...

Yes... California does indeed set trends about a lot of things, not just real estate.

Our Paradise real estate market has stabilized yet slowww... in comparasion to last year.   Over the past year prices dropped 20 percent, but homes in the foothills of the Sierra's are leveling off now.   And with the great prices on real estate it really is a great time to buy.  You know, I know others will scoff at those words, but all things being relative.  Sell a home and buy another home, both ways you are getting lower real estate prices in the Paradise market.
