Celebrate Heart Month by Practicing Compassion

These 18 tips will do your heart good (not to mention your personal and professional lives too!)

A message from Tami Bonnell, President of the US Organization, EXIT Realty Corp. International

February is Heart MonthFebruary is Heart Month - heart health and Valentine's Day - everything to do with the heart.  One of the biggest problems with heart health is stress - focusing in the wrong direction and on the wrong things - unfinished business.  We get what we focus on.  So my advice for your heart health this month is to focus on practicing compassion;  it will do your heart some good and help you grow in your business and in your personal life too!
