33 ft Buddha atGrace's Mandarin Pan Asian Resaurant

When my daughter, Mary, was home for winter break, I took her and a few friends for a night at the Gaylord Hotel at National Harbor, we went to see 'ICE' which was fabulous.  We enjoyed dinner at Grace's Mandarin across the street from the Gaylord.  This is the 33 ft Buddha that greeted us.  Dinner was fabulous and the service was superb!

33 feet! I wonder if they got the idea for the giant buddha from the giant horses PF Changs has outside of their restaurants.

Hi Michael, the Buddha was inside!  I love PF Changs.  They just opened one in Annapolis & they have the giant white horses.

Tammie, it was very cool, if you are in the Washington DC area, the National Harbor is a great way to spend the day.

What a hauntingly beautiful statue!  I'm sure it's most impressive in person.  Thanks for sharing your pic.
