* DOMP - Average DOMP for homes in Stafford County sold in June 2007 was from 1 day to 579 days with the average DOMP of 115.  Days this property has been actively listed for sale.  This reflects all listing for this property even if the broker has changed during the listing period.  A house may be listed for 90 days with one broker and then, if the seller lists the property with another broker for 41 days when the home sells, the DOMP will be 131 days.

Great article Lenn...I especially like your  MLS DOMP...ours has a 'history' area on the property where IF the agent researches this can be found...I ALWAYS use this area when first showing, whenever I write an offer, and when before going on a listing appt.  Those days/prices tell A LOT.  Thanks for sharing again.

Mary.  I actually had the DOMP included in the list but the numbers wouldn't line up and I didn't want to do a table so I deleted them.  But, the averages are at the bottom.
