The inventory of homes for sale in Manahawkin increased slightly in January over December 2009, with 94 new listings added to the mix.  The median sale price also decreased.

Seven of those homes for sale in Manahawkin that closed in January were waterfront homes, one was a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo and one was a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath adult community detached unit in Fawn Lakes, according to the Jersey Shore Multiple Listing Service.
