5 Comments on 9 Homes in Huntington Beach for the price of 1 in Laguna Beach??
WOW, those are some very cool stats! I think I would take the 9 in Huntington. ;)
Muncie Indiana, here I come!
Wow ~ I was sonering were I should move for retirement!
Dixon Team--When I saw that your starter homes are in the $400,000 range, I knew the numbers were a bit off. Wow...our average home is in the $160,000-200,000 depending on where you buy in the Twin Cities. Can't even imagine.
Jami- I think I'm with you there.
Jennifer- I sure wouldn't mind investing in half the city for the price of one home here in So Cal
Monique- Not Laguna Beach!! :-)
Teri- It is pretty amazing to be honest. But it's nothing compared to before the crash when a basic 3 bd single family could run 600-700k and almost every unit within 2 miles of the beach was over 1 mil.
