Last night, I met with a client to go show a home, and we thought we would meet up at the LAND O LAKES Chili's on SR 54, and ride together to the property we were seeing, then meet back up at Chili's for a drink and possibly an appetizer if it wasn't too late. 

The PARKING LOT was JUST THAT!   There was NO place to park!  Partly Because there are not a lot of places to eat here YET, Chili's is SUCH a local favorite!  Drinks are always 2 for 1, the food is always predicatably good, and Stacy among other familiar faces in the wait staff, will always ensure a great experience.

Starbucks is also another local favorite.  Why do people pay $5.00 for a coffee? Because they are known for their predictably, systems and reliabilty.  Any starbucks that you attend will offer the same great service, exact same tasting beverage, using the same formula EVERY TIME.  Now that's a GREAT, well Run system!  They share the same building with Washington Mutual and the two buildings are actually OPEN together (in the middle) during regular banking hours.
