I love to travel and am always on the lookout for different and interesting travel experiences. While exploring the internet I recently stumbled across one of the most unusual "hotel suites" I've yet seen: A one-of-a-kind luxury hotel suite inside an old plane.
Vliegtuig Suite is a 1960's 120-seater East German government plane that had been completely refurbished and converted into a luxury hotel suite for two. Owned by a Dutch Company (Hotelsuites.nl), the plane is grounded at Teuge Airport in the Netherlands.
The "suite" includes a King-size bed, a full bathroom, jacuzzi, sauna, and a small kitchen.
According to their website the suite is available at a cost of about $500 a night (350 Euros).
Even though this "suite" looks so cool and comfortable, I'm trying to imagine why anyone would actually stay there?
