Yesterday we talked about MLS statistics on the # of sales. Today I wanted to talk about the Sales Volume in Dollars $$$. According to the June stats, our volume - year to date is only off by a little more than $44,000,000. As of June 2006 - year to date was at $236,977,629.(276 homes sold) - as of June 2007 we are at $192,676,233 (thats not really bad - considering that only 225 homes were sold) - Which is a little over <18%>, if you remember in my blog the other day our sales #(number of homes sold) were off by a little over 18% also. So they seem to be going hand in hand - but what about the Median home sales price - I will talk more on that tomorrow, if you cant wait - just drop me an email and I will send you the information
If you have a home that you are interested in selling , on the Big Island, please let me know - I am out of inventory right now - and I know it sounds crazy, I know most agents are looking for Buyers right now - BUT I NEED A FEW GOOD SELLER'S. Not people interested in just listing there homes - but clients that truly wish to sell there home
