Distractions from Getting that Real Estate Website Done - Flagstaff News

By
Industry Observer with Retired from RE/MAX Peak Properties

ConfusedWhat I discovered today: It takes a long time to transition to a new website format, even when you have a template! I was snowed in, so I tried to get it done, but don't think I made it. Partly, I was distracted by some blog posts:

A great event in Flagstaff tomorrow: Sing for The Cure -- Tuesday Night!

A tax credit is available to repeat buyers as well as first-time homebuyers.

Will the recent Fed rate changes matter to mortgage rates? -- not so far: Mortgage Rates Drifting

And then there were the weekly Flagstaff foreclosure updates.... posted below.

Now the daily activity in Northern Arizona real estate will follow.

How much longer can I procrastinate on the website?

For more information on Flagstaff houses, give me a call.

Each office of RE/MAX is independently owned and operated. Each agent is an independent business.

Ann  I can empathize since I am doing the same and there are always some sort of distraction.

The solution:  Don't try to sit down and get the entire website done in one sitting.  Instead, break it down into pieces that need to be done in order to have the entire website completed.  Every time you get snowed in or an administrative day, work on one of the pieces.  Before you know it, the entire site will be done!

Ann:  Good luck in switching from your old to your new website.  What company had your former website, and who or what website company are you going to use for your new one ?  I'd love to hear about what made you change.
