America Recycles Day Collection

March 6, 9am to 2pm, Walmart at Southern and Unser

They will be accepting "ink and printer cartridges, cell phones, computers, monitors, printers, DVD players, scanners, fax machines, televisions, microwaves, propane tanks, refrigerators, stoves, washers, dryers, tires (no rims) and other items." 

Household Hazardous Waste Drop off

March 13, 9am to 2pm, Santa Ana Star Event Center parking lot

Drop off your used motor oil, tires, antifreeze, paints, solvents, pesticides, herbicides, batteries, stoves, washers, dryers and ammunition." Get those chemicals out of your garage and far away from you family!

Great Southwest Home Remodeling and Design Show

March 13 and 14, 10am to 5pm on Saturday, 10am to 4pm on Sunday

"Over 150 Home, Remodeling and Furnishings Professionals totaling 250 booths, are ready to provide you with great home ideas as well as the latest home products and services." I love to go browse for new ideas for my house.

7th Annual Rio Rancho Pork and Brew

March 26, Starts at noon

"This is an event that you don't want to miss. The 7th Annual Pork and Brew comes to the Santa Ana Star Center parking lot." There's always plenty of good food and outdoor festival atmosphere at Pork and Brew! Yum!
