Great post!!! In the property management biz, we say that 20% of our clients/tenants give us 80% of our headaches....and your 20%/80% holds true for gaining business AND keeping business!
Thanks for sharing this reminder. Some of us need to work smarter to be within the 20% of the most productive professionals.
so simply stated and how very true those statements are.....I may play that number today (8020)!!!!
80/20 is everywhere and I try my best to be in that 20%, 80% of the time.

That's a good point. Put the two rules together and you should be making regular contact with your prospects.

Russel - that 80 20 rule applies in most cases. It is important to maintain contacts with your sphere, and add to it.

If you can find 80% of what you want in a house, buy it! This was a tip Frank learned when he was selling yachts in Marina del Rey. It really helps Buyers relax and focus on what they really want. Also, we use 20% of our stuff 80% of the time :)
Russel...The 80/20 rule has is something I believe is very true. At least is has been in my experience. We really need to be sure we are in the 20!
