There aren't many Realtors who go to bed each night without thinking "what can I do to increase sales."    It's a concern that's in the back of every real estate agent's mind.

They think about it....but for most another day goes by without a sale..  

Sometimes solutions can be so clear they're hard to see.   It's a little like not seeing the forest for the trees.   

Changing old out of date marketing habits can be so difficult in a business where only the strong survive.

Susan...  I'll write a blog about that subject.   But you should know that's an excuse for not selling more real estate, rather than an actual concern compared with the benefits.
