Well Bob, as a Canadian man, I can attest to the fact that I have been dominated by a Canadian woman on more than one occasion. I'm proud of our Canadian women, thats for sure.
Bob, personally, I'd rather be outnumbered by women. ;-)

Malcom, Larry, Ty: The men did move up a bit but I think the ratio is now 2:1
