Its not even the end of the month yet, and we have already surpassed last years numbers - in fact Condo Sales are off the chart - over 162% from last years sales. In fact we are already ahead of 2008 and 2007. We even stand a chance of catching up to 2006 numbers ! Kona is doing great.
