- Each real estate agent must be in the top 10% of outstanding volume of listing/sales transactions.
- Each real estate agent must have a strong motivation regarding charitable activities for the betterment of the Pikes Peak community.
- Each Colorado Springs Realtor must have the willingness to share his or her knowledge amongst the colleagues of the group to raise the level of professionalism within the Pikes Peak Association of Realtors.
