There are many different types of businesses in America. It looks like this person's business has something to do with goats and he must need to transport several at a time. I've never seen a trailer quite like this one, but he either bought what he needed or remodeled one to fit his need. . His real estate needs would probably include some pasture for those goats and would need to be a reasonable distance from feed stores and veterinarians.
I had a past client that was a butterfly breeder. She's a really interesting lady and from time to time, I hear from her or her husband. The vacant lot that they were looking for was a waterfront lot in Choctaw County, Oklahoma and it needed to have adequate land and space for a greenhouse and enough room to handle the shipping of the butterflies to weddings, etc. They did buy one, but then decided to live a little further south of Southeast Oklahoma, so they are good residents of the great state of Texas :).
Even though we may make our living in various ways, we still all need the basics in life and that includes a roof over our heads.
