Staging your home may not be enough

Hey Susan, great advice that I hope your sellers take.

Right on the mark Susan. I have seen way too many people spending good money on staging, but not setting a realistic price.  Staging will make your home sell quicker than your competition down the street, but it doesn't make your home worth more.

Susan - I agree with you on this, pretty houses get a lot of attention, but price will sell the house. Put them both together, and you get a quick sale.

Susan - good advice:  sellers need both.  This is a good reminder and I wish all your sellers the best of luck.

Susan- good to see ya back on AR.  Just cause your pretty doesn't mean you'll catch the right guy...same with a house.  Need to have it look good, smell good and priced at the price homes are selling at, not what they are listed at.

Sometimes just getting the people to do the things the stagers are recommending is enough of a challenge !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
