Showing Beacon ~ Saves Time & Frustration!

Sellers, have you ever found yourself circling the block, waiting for a showing to end, wondering when you can go home again?  I have heard from many of my clients that they'd love to know when a showing is done.  We used to ask the showing agent to call when they were done, but didn't happen all the time.  My clients also have asked a neighbor to be a look out and alert them when the buyers have left the driveway.  This, too, isn't a reliable method.

Through my affiliation with Centralized Showings, I have discovered a wonderful invention that I have ordered for my Sellers!  It's a Showing Beacon.  It works very simply - plug it into a land line and hang the beacon somewhere inside the home, near the front door.

Once an agent has finished showing your home, they simply press the red button.  After a few seconds, the Showing Beacon calls your cell phone to let you know that's it's okay to return home.  It can call two different phone numbers and also send text messages.

Another great product to make selling your home, easier.

Melissa, I really like this idea.  I will have to check it out here in KC and see if Showing Solutions provide this service as well!  Thanks for the tip!

David ~ You don't have to be a Centralized Showing client to use Showing Beacon!  It is a stand alone product - so even if you set up your own showings, you can use them.

Melissa,

I like the product. There are so many times that the client has to stay away from their own home, especially when the showing agent is running late. What will they think of next?

We have four of them in use, clients love them, they are something different that is convienient, cost effective and provide a difference at a listing presentation.
