I am a licensed auctioneer in Tennessee and Kentucky, the majority of my auctions involve Real Estate.  

Real Estate auctions include properties that may or may not have homes on the property.

There are two diffrent types of auctions. ABSOLUTE and RESERVE, Most of our auctions are conducted with a reserve, you don't have to sell your propery regardless of price.

ABSOLUTE AUCTIONS- are sold to the highest bidder regardless of price.  The owners cannot bid on the property.

As a seller you are in full control of the entire process.  Choosing to sell your property at auction is a wise choice, there is no limit as to high how your property can sell for. 

Selling via the Auction method you pick the day and time you will allow offers to be made on your property.  With an auction, you eliminate the stress and amount of time it takes when you put your house or property up for sale as a listing with the traditional market.

Every single property is different, the situations that surround a property or home being sold are just as important as the property itself. Having the right professional auctioneer is the difference between having an successful auction and a disaster. 

Typically, when you first call about your property for auction, we will set a time to come look at what you have and go over the options. 

If an auction is right for you, we then pick a date and time, set the terms and conditions and discuss how we will market your property.  We can have most properties ready to auction within three to four weeks.
