Las Vegas Multi Family

The multi family investments are a good investment according to Robert kiyosaki who was on the Sirius radio FOX station today. I have a few single family homes that were purchased about 6 years ago. They went up in value in the first few years but have been just holding their value in the last two years. I question if Rich dad will soon become Poor dad with his investments.

Well hopefully they went up in value enough the first few years that you will still make a pretty good profit.
