Susie - great info on Brandon Traces - great point about no HOA or CDD - many of the Brandon neighborhoods have these extra fees and costs - this would be a great neighborhood to check out. Thanks for posting.,

I can not wait for the day there is only one new listing on the market in my area in a month.... must be nice

Good localism going on here, nice job! :)

Susie, a nice public service update for buyers and sellers.

It certainly looks like Brandon Traces is stable. Right now our average DOM for the whole market is 115.

Susie - with the average home price in our area at @ $212,000 - this makes Brandon Trace a really affordable place to live at about 10% under - good info to know.

Susie - The people must stay therein Brandon Trace , few listings and sales. Must be the no HOA!
