Nashville home values down 0.4 percent - According to Zillow, Nashville home prices have been very stable for the last 12 months. Most of the customers I speak with are very concerned by the media representation of real estate values constantly eroding. According to Zillow, it's not the case in Nashville.

When will people realize that it is a LOCAL issue and not NATIONAL. Maybe the media needs to do some reporting instead of juet reading what comes off the wire.

Diane - They only listen to the media, and the media is not usually specific. You can't blame the consumer for being confused.
