Peggy - As a former home builder I'm well aware of the benefits of staging--it works.  Most consumers have difficulty visualizing how they would furnish an empty room, and staging helps them see the possibilities.

It really does work.

Why don't we see more homes staged?? Maybe some sellers don't really mind the price reductions that occur as their property sits on the market.
