This was from a recent client request.

Charles I wanted to know if there was a way to search for historic homes near the Charlottesville area (built prior to 1900) under one million?

I know this is a odd request, but knowing you, I bet you have a way.

Answer: Of course, here is a link: Charlottesville Real Estate prior to 1900 for under 1,000,000

Below are a few examples, click on the photos for details!

Oh and do not forget to try the Spread-Sheet option too...

Any more requests?

Charles:  When I'm ready to retire to Charlottesville in a nice big, historical home, I'm calling you.  You know your inventory.

Charles, a view of Monticello is like an ocean front home in our area - even more because of the history associated with it. You have selected lovely homes with excellent photographs, especially the first one - I really want to see that charming place!

Charles some of those homes in the link look like they are still pre-1900's. Older homes that have been well maintained look so stately yet carry a certain warmth. Thanks for sharing.
