I am SO tired of all this snow
Hi Michael - Well, I'm sure it is a big headache, but I love the sign - it shows a real sense of humor about the situation.
Just today passing a local church who had a sign stating, "If you are driving by, honk if you believe in Jesus, Text if you want to meet him" That sign along with yours makes me want to get in my car tomorrow and drive around and capture a number of these pithy sayings for the blog. As you know Dallas has LOTS of churches. Thanks for the smile
Michael: This is funny! Ah, the power of prayer. I like when churches have a sense of humor and express it like this.
Michael, I agree. And I thought we were going to get whacked again last night.
Love it michael. There are plenty of other communities right now that share those sentiments. We're getting hit right now in Rockland. I personally can't wait for it to stop. Enough already. Where's spring?
Wow - that touched a cord with a lot of you.
Joe - me too, especially since now it's just dirty and ugly
Susan - sometimes all you can do is laugh
Larry - I love church signs and a collection would be just the thing.
Chris Ann - I think there is a book of church signs somewhere
Craig - Nope, just these horrific winds
Lora - One thing is for certain, this winter will not go unforgotten.

Michael - I had heard of being "Careful what you WISH for" - but thought praying was a little safer. Apparently, not:-)
Michael,
Wow, it is beautiful! And everything else when you are living in it...Great photo.
Michael, someone has a wonderful sense of humor!
Myrl - Not this prayer!
Ron & Alexandra - it was beautiful, at first.
Patricia - Better than mine in this instance.

Michael - This is funny! I guess the congregation of that church went a little overboard.
Michael - Thanks for the laugh this morning. Perfect post!!!
Hi Michael-
With the recent snowfalls that we are hearing about, it makes me wonder: Just how many pranksters are praying for snow? Is is all seventh-graders looking for "snow days"?
Sara in San Antonio
Sara - By the end of two weeks of no school, everyone - parents and seventh graders - were anxious to get back!

Lewis, thanks for the comment, this may be the 1st time we have had more snow than you and your neighbors. National Airport (less than 2 miles from us) has recorded 54 inches of snow this winter!
