Sharing a "little" Marketing Tip #2

By
Real Estate Agent with S & L Properties

Many of you may already use this little strategy.  I don't do it with all my listings but quite often I will have clients who are very social or they participate in some type of competitive sport or hobby that brings them into contact with lots of people.  I buy plain business cards and print a picture of their home on the front with the address.  On the back, I post one sentence focusing on a special feature and the benefit that makes this home special along with my website so they can view a virtual tour or more pictures.  I use a basic Broderbund program to design.  I print 50 on my computer and give them to my clients to distribute or leave them in strategic places.  Some of them get really creative.  I only give 50 each time so I don't waste my money.  If they ask for more, I print more.  Like I said, you have to judge your client.  You may get one who says...that's your job to sell...but others will be really motivated.

As a new rainmaker, I searched for marketing tips but unless I was looking in the wrong places, I couldn't find very many.  I know some agents don't want to share but it would be nice to share one every once in awhile.  I came up with a way to pay for my children's college with other people's money that I will share later.  www.LindaHinsonCarolinaBeachesRealEstate.com/www.LindaHinson.com
