Anita is an area in South Tampa of older moderately priced homes. The area is west of Manhatten, east of Westshore, south of Euclid and north of Gandy. The homes were mainly built in the 1950's and are around 750 square feet to under 2000 square feet. The prices start around $100,000 and go up.

Several golf courses are also conveniently close by. Beach Park also offers a quick commute over the bridges to Pinellas County.
