The New Tampa Rental Market has changed significantly over the last few years. As the summer winds down, there are still more then 150 homes for rent in New Tampa in the 33647 Zip Code alone. While this number is historically very high, the number of people buying is historically very low for this area. Since New Tampa, with the high ranking schools, is still in high demand, there are still many families moving into the area, so the rental homes are getting rented if priced properly.
