Selling Prices for Northwest Las Vegas Homes
Homes in northwest Las Vegas saw average selling prices fall 4.61% in the first month of 2010. The median selling price decreased 2.59%. For 2009 the average selling price for northwest Las Vegas homes was down 10.50%, while the median selling price fell 13.90%.
