"Columbus home market continues to improve" according to the Columbus Board of REALTORS®. The official results for January 2010 were reported today. According to CBR "...the 6.2 percent growth in average sale price, indicates a market that is returning to sustainability." The graph is average home prices for the entired MLS. The pricing is for single family and condominiums combined. The CBR says "The average sale price in January was $145,993, up from $137,446 in January 2009"
