KUDOS to FoxNews for Reporting on Tenant's Rights in Foreclosure
Tenants do have rights, see blog and link to Fox News story. It is surprising that folks still are not aware of this important legislation Obama signed in to law last year.
I've posted about this law and I am SO GLAD that the TV media is covering this protection for tenants whose property may be in foreclosure!!!
FoxNews had a segement on this this morning and the fact that banks and real estate agents continue to be ignorant or are ignoring these protections is happening nationwide.!!!
