Education is your best weapon!

When it comes to most things in life, education is your best weapon.  That is true in Real Estate as well.  My real passion is teaching, and to that end, I am certified by the Texas Real Estate Commission to teach all of the core classes required to get a real estate license in Texas.  I also teach part of our association's new agent orientation.  I teach Sunday School at my church, and love to teach first time homebuyers and sellers about the process involved in the sale or purchase of real estate.  Sure, anyone can buy or sell a house, but the process has become so legally cumbersome, that if you do not have a professional involved, chances are things will be missed and you can land in legal hot water, and maybe not own the home you think you bought.  I would never want to buy or sell a home without a REALTOR involved, because the legal process is very involved.  It may be easy to find a home or find a buyer if you are a seller, but do you know the rest of the process?  There are disclosures that, by law, have to be made.  Inspections that need to be done. Paperwork that has to be filed. The list goes on and on.

It is my pledge to any client of mine that I will teach them everything they need to know as we go step by step through the buying or selling process.  I will handle all of the details of the transaction, and do my very best to ensure that every detail is covered.
