Daytona Beach Bike WeekGet your pipes rumbling and join the fun... it's Daytona Beach Bike Week, 2010! Woo Hoo!

I'm working with international (Swiss) real estate buyers who are here to buy investment property, and enjoy the Bike Week fun. Why not mix business with pleasure? That's a great way to make your vaca a write-off!

I met these real estate investors during last year's Bike Week. I've been in contact with them all year via e-mail, Skype video calls, and our trusty Multiple Listing System; and this year they're ready to buy real estate in South Daytona and Port Orange.

I've put these buyers in contact with a real estate attorney who is helping them create a LLC for their investments; they've been receiving listings from our automated MLS feature that e-mails them properties of interest; they've narrowed down their list in advance; and now they're ready to take the leap.

On Thursday of this past week, we spent a few hours checking out the properties they had chosen from the MLS e-mails, and we added a few more. (Insert weekend Bike Week's weekend festivities here) On Monday we'll be viewing a single-family Daytona Beach Bike Weekhouse in South Daytona, and they'll be meeting with a real estate attorney to create their corporation and receive additional advice on the legalities they need to know. Then they'll then be ready to start making offers on real estate of interest to them. Then we can take a closer look at the potential investment properties they've chosen. Next, we'll crunch the numbers to find which real estate properties yield the best return on their investment capital, and they'll continue to enjoy the Bike Week festivities in-between real estate appointments ( perhaps I have that reversed). Why not? We have plenty of time and inventory and with social networking simplifying the process, once they've made their decisions, we can continue the process past their date of departure if necessary.

These are some really great guys, and we even stumbled upon some unexpectedly fantastic properties in our search this week. So if you have any vacant land zoned for multi-family in South Daytona or Port Orange, contact me ASAP! I have the buyers here now! But they're also looking at single-family homes as well (in the same areas), AND might be making an offer on a Short-Sale Condo in Port Orange. Of course, they're looking for a good buy. Distressed properties are of interest, but if you have a real estate listing that's just a "good buy", let me know. You just never know what they may decide to add to their list.

These fun guys real estate investors have been working this way for many years, from Switzerland to Croatia. They're now buy daytona beach real estate during bike weekexpanding their investment funds into our area. I say we provide them with as many South Daytona and Port Orange real estate options as possible!

I'd also like to thank the agent who, upon showing us the 3 parcels that already have approval for a 5-unit, multi-family project, and gave us a copy of the plans as well, then walked us up the street to a beautiful river-front condo-project she was working; for her honesty, professionalism, and all-around helpful nature. This agent was truly an asset to the real estate profession!

So if you're here for Bike Week, no matter what your state or country of origin, I'd love to counsel you on what would be the best investment plan for you, and put you in contact with attorneys, lenders, developers, or other real estate counsel, for whatever your needs may be. I've been selling real estate, homes, and investment properties for about 16 years now, AND I'm a Dayton Beach native!

Make a Smart Choice and contact Lisa Hill for ALL your real estate needs! And have a safe, enjoyable Bike Week! We love our bikers =)

Sounds like some real fun. I've been to a couple of HOG rallies (Harley Owners Group) and loved it. I miss my XLCH 1200. I thought about another Harley at xmas but a Corvette won out. Great ops for buyers in your market.

David- My dad has been the Chaplain for the local H.O.G. chapter in the past =) He's always the chaplain for at least one motorcycle group. Right now he's providing this service for the Police Blue Knights, and the Christian Motorcyclists Association. It frequently changes though. They have biker buddies everywhere!

Loreena and Ann- Bike Week is always entertaining, to say the least! lol. It's one of my more favorable events =)

Gary- It never fails. It almost always gets colder during Bike Week and Biketoberfest. But right now it's just a tiny bit warmer than last week... lol
