Have you tried www.GotoMeeting.com for your Listing Presentation yet? After a month or so of nonstop Southern Maryland snow, you get kind of creative on how to do a few Realtor tasks. Today I tried a trail run on www.GotoMeeting.com for my Southern Maryland Listing Presentation. I have clients that are out of town. I also have clients here, there and everywhere with all different schedules. I am implementing an online Document storage called Relay. I am also unrolling Docusign which enables email signatures on the Listing and contract paperwork.

This GotoMeeting concept was a natural next step. I need a visual learning tool when an in person meeting is not an option. The first thirty days are FREE. I also used it today to show some Realtors how I do my Pricing Research for each case. Everyone can be in different areas of the country or state. Gotomeeting.com is very intuitive and I believe the sessions can even be recorded. Check it out for a presentation with clout!

I have used GotoWebinar to educate my members of The eHomes Realty Network and we do so every other Thurdsay.  This past week we did a great webinar on 10 Things to Kick Start your Career.  It was well attended.  I have also used Gotowebinar.com to do webinars to our database.  We have two this past several months.  The first one we did was about short sales and foreclosures.  We had over 350 people register for this webinar.  It was amazing and my Agents received a ton of business from it.  We then did one on First Time Homebuyers and we had over 77 people attend that one.  It was also great and added more sales to our business.  

I haven't tried it for a listing presentation yet as I think it might lose something from not being in person, I'm not sure.  I do believe that it's a great tool to educate your database.  Our database is huge with over 35,000 buyers, but even if your database is 100 or so and you receive 10 people showing up to a webinar, it's a great way to build your business!

Cheryl,  Great use for the gotomeeting.  I have had an e-sign account with a company called settleware for about a year, it is a great tool, makes life much easier.

We use gotomeeting at DocuSign as a webinar tool as well as a remote collaboration tool! It definitely makes things A LOT easier for conference calls!
